The plot on which the elementary school is planned to be built is located in Niš. In the vicinity there are facilities intended for housing and supplies, as well as green areas. The terrain is relatively flat, which favors the construction of the school and allows for a large number of additional facilities suitable for elementary school students. The roads are located in the north, where the economic entrance is planned, while the main entrance is from the west. Also, in the east there is an entrance for students and an entrance to the physical education block, which are connected to the fields and areas for children's recreation and play.
The elementary school complex has a capacity of up to 480 students. It is planned that the school will operate in two shifts. The number of floors of the building is P0+P+1. On the ground floor of the school, there is a multi-purpose space with movable partitions, which enabled its expansion and connection with the atrium and the cabinet for music education. In addition to this cabinet, there is also a cabinet for art, as well as a room for physical education. In the south, there are classrooms from the first to the fourth grade, which also have summer classrooms. The favorable southern orientation was used in order to envisage a glazed library with a media library and a reading room, on two floors, at the end of the classroom section. Apart from the mentioned facilities, there is an administrative block on the ground floor, which is separated from the rest of the school and near the entrance to make it easier for parents to find the teaching staff. From this part, you can go down to the basement, where the technical rooms are.
In order to separate upper and lower grade students, general purpose classrooms, science laboratories and specialized classrooms intended for older students are located on the first floor. All the mentioned facilities have favorable orientations towards the south and north. As additional content on the first floor, there is a room for the section.
A gallery was designed in order to connect the ground floor and the first floor, so that the hall space would "breathe". This is additionally contributed by the atrium, which represents the "heart" of the school, enables gathering and socializing, provides natural lighting to the internal parts of the school and contributes to the aesthetics of the entire facility.
The colors used on the facade are gentle and cheerful, which is in accordance with the function of the building. In order to make the space more interesting, the library with elements in white, yellow and orange colors was especially emphasized. This idea was partially applied to the opening of the gym. Brise soleil (“sun breaker”) on the facade have primarily the function of protection from the sun, but also an aesthetic role. A large number of transparent surfaces allow natural lighting of the rooms and connect the object with the surroundings. The southern yard has a large number of facilities, such as a sports field and a playground with furniture. The yard is paved to some extent, which connects all the contents and parts of the building. Most of the plot is covered with grassy areas with planters and benches.
This modern and contemporary space is a pleasant and stimulating environment for children's learning and development.

Parcela na kojoj je predviđena izgradnja osnovne škole nalazi se u Nišu. U neposrednoj okolini su objekti namenjeni stanovanju i snabdevanju, kao i zelene površine. Teren je relativno ravan, što pogoduje izgradnji škole i omogućava veliki broj dodatnih sadržaja koji odgovaraju osnovcima. Saobraćajnice se nalaze na severu, gde je predviđen ekonomski ulaz, dok je glavni ulaz sa zapada. Pored pomenutih, na istoku se nalaze ulaz za đake i ulaz u blok za fizičko, koji su povezani sa terenima i prostorima za rekreaciju i igru dece. 
Kompleks osnovne škole je kapaciteta do 480 učenika. Predviđeno je da režim rada škole bude u dve smene. Spratnost objekta je P0+P+1. U prizemlju škole nalazi se višenamenski prostor sa pokretnim pregradama, čime je omogućeno njegovo proširenje i povezivanje sa atrijumom i kabinetom za muzičko. Pored ovog kabineta nalazi se i kabinet za likovno, kao i sala za fizičko. Na jugu su učionice od prvog do četvrtog razreda, koje pored pripremne nastave imaju i letnje učionice. Povoljna južna orijentacija iskorišćena je kako bi se na kraju učioničkog trakta predvidela i ostakljena biblioteka sa medijatekom i čitaonicom, na dve etaže. Osim pomenutih sadržaja, u prizemlju je administrativni blok, koji je izdvojen od ostatka škole i blizu ulaza kako bi roditeljima bilo olakšano nalaženje nastavnog osoblja. Iz ovog dela može se sići u podrum, gde su tehničke prostorije. 
Kako bi se odvojili đaci viših i niših razreda, učionice opšte namene, laboratorije za prirodne nauke i specijalizovane učionice namenjene starijim đacima, smeštene su na spratu. Svi pomenuti sadržaji imaju povoljne orijentacije ka jugu, odnosno severu. Kao dodatni sadržaj na spratu se javlja prostorija za sekciju.
Kako bi se prizemlje i sprat povezali projektovana je galerija, da bi prostor hola “prodisao”. Tome dodatno doprinosi atrijum, koji predsatvlja “srce” škole, omogućava okupljanje i druženje, pruža prirodno osvetljenje unutrašnjim delovima škole i doprinosi estetici celokupnog objekta.
Boje korišćene na fasadi su nežne i vesele, što je u skladu sa funkcijom objekta. Kako bi prostor bio interesantniji, posebno je naglašena biblioteka sa elementima u beloj, žutoj i narandžastoj boji. Ova ideja delimično je primenjena i kod otvora sale za fizičko. Na fasadi su vidljivi i brisoleji u beloj boji, koji pored primarne zaštite od sunca imaju i estetsku ulogu. Veliki broj transparentnih površina omogućava prirodno osvetljenje prostorija i povezuje obekat sa okolinom.  Južno dvorište raspolaže velikim brojem sadržaja poput terena za sportove i igrališta sa mobilijarom. Dvorište je u izvesnoj meri popločano, čime su svi sadržaji i delovi objekta međusobno povezani. Veći deo parcele prekriven je travnatim površinama sa žardinjerama i klupicama. 
Ovaj moderan i savremen prostor je prijatna i podsticajna sredina za učenje i razvoj dece.
